KAT VON D | SHADE AND LIGHT CONTOUR PALETTE
Den här skönheten blev min förra helgen. Köpte den såklart inne på Sephora för 470 kr. Som många makeupjunkies här i Sverige vet så kommer ju inte hela Kat Von D's kollektion att komma till Sephora förrän i februari 2016, än så länge har de bara fått in denna Shade & Light paletten plus den tillhörande borsten för försäljning. Men de har inte fått in så månge per Sephora butik, för den jag bor nära (jag bor typ 10 minuters gångavstånd från Sephora, yay!) har bara fått in 300 st som ska hålla dem till februari nästa år. Som ni själva förstår kommer de alltså att vara slut ganska snart.

For the moment only the Shade + Light palette plus the brush is available at the moment. They haven't recieved as many palettes as you might think because at the Sephora I live the closest to (I live like 10 minutes away, yay!) only recieved 300 copies and it's supposed to last them until february. As you all can imagine, that won't happen.
Så här ser den i alla fall ut inuti. De mörka färgerna från vänster till höger är: Sombre, Shadowplay och Subconscious. De ljusa färgerna frän vänster till höger är: Lucid, Lyric och Levitation. Färgerna är otroligt krämiga och pigmenterade. Vad jag gillar med färgerna i paletten är att de går mer åt det kalla hållet precis så som contour färger ska göra.

The colors are really buttery and pigmented. What I like most about this palette is that the colors are more on the cooler side, because that's how contour shades are supposed to be.

Jag gillar verkligen den här paletten. Färgerna ser tyvärr lite kritiga ut när jag gör swatches på dem, men jag lovar att de inte ser ut så på ansiktet! Jag kommer göra en recension på den här senare där jag jämför den med Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit för att se vilken jag tycker är bäst av dem. Men som det ser ut just nu, så gillar jag nog faktiskt denna palett mer. Dels för att den är så krämig i konsistensen, och dels för att färgerna är mer pigmenterade och för att de går åt det kalla hållet. Det ser mer ut som contouring än som bronzing. Plus att de ljusa färgerna faktiskt fungerar! Det gör de inte i Anastasia Beverly Hills paletten enligt min smak.

// I really like this palette! The colors look chalky in my swatches but I can guarantee that they don't look chalky on your face! I will make a more in depth review of this palette later where I will compare it to the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit to see which one of them I like the most. But as it is now, I'm leaning towards this palette more than the other one. Partly because the consistency is so buttery and partly because the pigmentation is a lot better and the shadows are more on the cooler side. Plus, the light colors actually work! I don't like the lighter shades in the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit because the don't even show up.
